    Cooked and griddled rabbit on octopus scrambled potatoes, salt flakes, hot peppers from La Vera and national virgin olive oil.

  • Clams in seafood sauce

    Our style of preparing clams is born from the substitution of an ingredient from the original recipe, a chef's secret that proves that changing an ingredient sometimes gives great results, spicy and surprising, don't hesitate to make bread boats.

Salads

  • Corona Salad

    Salad of tender sprouts of different lettuces and sprouts, with different pickles, cherry tomato and tuna trunk as precious stones around the salad, base with fig jam, balsamic vinegar and our best virgin olive oil.

  • Envy Salad

    Roquefort foam surrounded by white and red endive leaves sprinkled with Spanish green gold.

  • Russian Salad

    Traditional Mediterranean dish enriched with prawns and king prawns, drizzled with oil emulsified with the coral from the heads, sliced garlic and chilli.

Traditional dishes

Spoon dishes prepared with the recipes of our grandmothers, dedicating the time and care that they invested to delight us at family gatherings. Our “fabada” of octopus, clams and prawns stands out above all, delicate morsels of beans and the tenderness of the octopus that melts on the palate, a mixture of secret spices that give it an irresistible flavour and aroma.

Meat

  • Entrecôte Steak

    Entrecote loin cut, in the shape of an ingot, with exceptional tenderness and flavour.

  • Beef tenderloin

    Medallion of beef tenderloin that you can eat simply grilled or accompanied by some of our sauces that will enhance its flavour even more.

  • Crispy chicken with spicy mango sauce

    Marinated free-range chicken with a homemade mango coulis and breaded with panko breading, fried and on a slightly spicy mango sauce that we can make spicier if you wish.

  • Lamb with rosemary and honey

    Rack of lamb with a clean rib eye so you can enjoy it with your hands, baked with honey, rosemary and balsamic and a sauce with the chef's blend of spices that explode in your mouth with sweet and sour flavours that take you back to Tunisia.

  • Duck breast

    Cooked in its own fat, with a juicy red heart, sliced with a crispy crust and a sauce with pearls of onion and sultanas reminiscent of traditional French cuisine, delicate and different.

  • Fish suquet

    Traditional cuisine from the Spanish Mediterranean basin where we take advantage of the flavours offered by the sea, combining it with seafood and molluscs, potatoes and vegetables and a Mediterranean picada that brings flavour and nuances of our culture and diet recognised worldwide, it will surprise you.

    Every day we go to local markets or fish markets where we select the freshest products from the market to offer our customers the freshness and flavour of our sea.
